Rafa was born in Poland, at the age of nine she moved to Sweden, in the city of Kristiansand.
It was not an easy adaptation, in the early nineties foreign integration in the Scandinavian country was something new.

The new language, the new friends, the lack of a father figure, led Rafa towards a very particular path, in which his desire to express himself and his physicality were a call of attention for the professors and the parents of his classmates .

He realized during his adolescence that he valued practice over theory; for this reason at the age of seventeen he made an experience in London to find himself. Upon his return to Sweden he tried to join the military navy, finding new difficulties and challenges to overcome.

From that moment until today, Rafa hasn’t stopped studying and practicing new training techniques, but above all working with himself on his personal growth.
