Jaime’s childhood and adolescence were quite normal … until, at just 17, he found himself involved in a traffic accident that could have cost him his life.
From one moment to the next he found himself having to face a very long rehabilitation with the unknown of a complete recovery of his mobility. During 9 months he put himself on the line, surpassing himself and the opinion of the doctors; but above all by discovering his personal mission: to help professional athletes recover from serious injuries.

After completing the university courses in Sciences of physical activity and sport, and physiotherapy, he was able to create the project of his life: RETO Health & Performance.

A brand renowned in Spain for its professionalism and innovative techniques that help professional athletes achieve maximum performance and great goals.

Jaime reached his Original Empire thanks to the support of his family, his personal work started at only 17 years, and updating himself day by day on his sector and on topics useful for his well-being..

Jaime’s story will give us great strength and inspiration to pursue our dreams, with the awareness that great results can be achieved with patience, determination and audacity.

After a serious motorcycle accident, with only 17 years, he begins a long rehabilitation in which he experiences first hand the shortcomings of public health.

From a difficult and traumatic experience, Jaime is strengthened and thus cultivates a great desire to help others to be able to overcome themselves from serious injuries. He decides to study Sciences of Physical and Sports Activities and Physiotherapy at the same time; apart from starting to work in order to finance the studies.

The passion for sport and high performance led him to found the RETO Health and Performance brand, with which he and his team train professional athletes to achieve important sporting goals.
